• Offensive Content: We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content that is offensive or harmful. This includes, but is not limited to, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, harassment, and any form of content that undermines the respect and inclusivity of our community.

Prize-Winning Activities

Social Vibes offers opportunities for users to win prizes based on specific activities and user engagement within the application as well as outside. These activities and user engagement may include, but are not limited to, creating the best user-generated content, finishing an adventure first, maintaining a daily streak for a designated period (e.g., one week or one month), and other similar concepts.

1. Company’s Right to Select Winners: Social Vibes reserves the exclusive right to select prize winners for these activities and challenges. This includes, but is not limited to, evaluating submissions, verifying eligibility, and determining the criteria for winning. We are committed to maintaining fairness and preventing any form of cheating or manipulation in the selection process.
2. Fair Play and Compliance: Users are expected to participate in these activities in accordance with the Community Guidelines, The Social Vibes Values, and any specific rules or guidelines provided for each activity. Any attempt to manipulate or exploit the system to gain an unfair advantage will result in disqualification.
3. Prize Allocation and Disputes: In cases of disputes or concerns related to prize allocation or any prize-winning activities, the company’s decision will be final and binding. We may take into account user feedback and concerns but retain the ultimate authority to resolve any issues.
4. Termination of Accounts: Social Vibes reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users found to be in violation of the rules, guidelines, or spirit of any prize-winning activities. This includes, but is not limited to, users engaged in cheating, fraud, or any other activities deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform.

By using Social Vibes and participating in prize-winning activities, users acknowledge and agree to these additional terms and conditions regarding the selection of winners, prize allocation, and dispute resolution.
